🎃 West Fork Ranch Halloween Night Reminders! 🎃
It’s almost time for one of our favorite community nights! To help keep everyone safe and having fun, please remember:
🕕 Trick-or-treating is from 6:00–8:00 PM.
💡 If your porch light is on, you’re welcoming trick-or-treaters. Lights off means you’re not participating.
🚗 Parking: Please try not to park on the street during trick-or-treating hours. If you’re hosting guests, encourage them to park at Sunset Valley Elementary School and walk into the neighborhood.
👻 Safety & Courtesy:
• Drive slowly and watch for kids crossing the streets.
• Bring a flashlight or glow sticks for visibility.
• Check the weather and dress appropriately.
• Keep pets secured indoors or on a leash.
• Be mindful of noise after 8:00 PM.

Homeowners, it’s that time of year again! The West Fork Ranch Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM at Sunset Valley Elementary School, 2032 Canchim St, Fort Worth, TX 76131.
ElectionBuddy voting is now open. An email has been sent to your registered email address titled “2025 Board of Directors Election” with voting instructions. Voting is officially open and will close on November 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM. If you did not recieve an email and already checked your junk mail please contact RealManage at forworth@ciramail.com. It's very important every homeowner either votes or marks abstains. Quorum must to be met. If you don't want to be bothered by daily or hourly emails please cast your vote.
