It is with regret that we announce the HOA will not be able to host any adult-only activities in our common areas.
Although the event flyer did not state that anyone would be restricted from using the facility, concerns were raised regarding the concept of adult-focused events. Rather than spending HOA funds on a potential legal dispute (we have been advised we have a greater chance of winning), we have decided to cancel our efforts to introduce these types of community activities.
We understand that many other communities successfully host adult swim nights and adult social events. While we believe our position could be defended if challenged, the Board does not feel it is in the best interest of the community to spend homeowners' money on a legal fight over the issue.
We genuinely tried to create additional opportunities for neighbors to connect and enjoy the amenities, but in this case, it is easier to cancel the event than engage in a costly and divisive dispute.
Thank you for your understanding

As I said when I was in the board, can’t make everyone happy! You can’t cater to the few bitching babies that will complain about anything and everything! We just need to own it and pretty much make them miserable as possible with our good times!

🌧️ Pool Closure Update 🌧️

Due to the extensive rainfall today, both West Fork Ranch pools will be closed for the remainder of the day to allow chlorine levels to be properly reestablished and ensure safe swimming conditions for all residents.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get the pools ready to safely reopen. We will provide updates as soon as conditions allow.

Thank you,
West Fork Ranch HOA

Pool Closure:

The app used to determine pool closures for lightning is WeatherBug. The pool will close if lightning is detected within 11 miles and will not reopen until lightning has cleared beyond 11 miles.
